Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You will see the total price before paying. Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a genuine pricing error has occurred.
Digital products
Digital books and audio are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only. You may download and make reasonable personal backup copies, but may not resell, share, upload or redistribute them. If a supplied file is faulty, corrupt or materially different from its description, contact us so we can replace it or provide another remedy required by law.
Print-on-demand goods
Physical merchandise is made to order and may be produced and shipped by a third-party fulfilment partner such as Printful. Minor differences in colour, garment batch, embroidery or print placement can occur. Production begins after payment and the order may arrive in more than one parcel when items are fulfilled from different locations.
Postage and delivery
Postage is calculated from the delivery address and shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates include separate production and carrier timeframes and are estimates, not guarantees. Customs duties or local import charges, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless checkout says otherwise. If tracking shows a problem, contact us with the order number so we can investigate with the fulfilment partner.
Returns and consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. We do not generally offer change-of-mind returns for downloaded digital products or made-to-order merchandise, but faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods remain eligible for the remedies required by law. Email us with your order details and, for physical damage, a clear photo.
Accounts, community and acceptable use
If member or community features are introduced, you must not misuse them, harass others, break the law, attempt unauthorised access or copy paid material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect members, the service or intellectual property.
Website content
The website is provided with reasonable care, but may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and law
We may update these terms prospectively. The version shown when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
